June 2010

Ash had a one-man show at The Roxy Art House in Edinburgh, and was the feature act at Poetry By The Pool, Jupiter Artland, West Lothian. He featured at The Comedy Bin in London and also performed at The Kings Cross Open Mic and Five Minutes of Fame (both London). He ran poetry workshops in Middlesex, Tyne and Wear and Hertfordshire.

 

May 2010

Ash had a show in Bristol with musician Kreg Viesselmann and ran workshops in Warwickshire, Devon, Lincolnshire and Hertfordshire.

 

April 2010

Ash had a solo show in Nottingham and was the featured poet at Can Openers in Bristol. He ran poetry workshops in Cheshire, South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Lancashire.

 

March 2010

Ash was the main feature at Between The Lines and Can Openers (both Bristol) and at Ten By Ten in Newcastle. He also ran poetry workshops in St Albans, Ipswich, Southampton, Bristol, Lincolnshire, Bradford, Hull, Chipping Sodbury and two schools in Cornwall.

Ash featured at For Folk's Sake in Manchester and ran workshops in Cheshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Wiltshire and Lincolnshire.

 

January 2010

Ash headlined PureAndGoodAndRight in Leamington Spa, performed at Cake in Sheffield and ran workshops in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.

 

December 2009

Ash headlined Speakeasy in Nottingham and featured at Brixtongue and Behind The Mic (both London). He ran poetry workshops in Suffolk, Norfolk and Lancashire and performed at a private party in Mansfield.

 

November 2009

Ash ran poetry workshops in Staffordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Norfolk and Northamptonshire, and performed at Glitterbest in London.

October 2009

Ash appeared in the Cheltenham Literature Festival, and was one of only ten UK poets invited to compete at the UK All-Stars Slam. He ran workshops at two schools in Lincolnshire, two schools in Staffordshire and a school in West Yorkshire.

 

September 2009

Ash competed in the BBC Radio 4 Slam (National Semi-finals) in Liverpool, performed in Leeds and ran poetry workshops in Staffordshire and two schools in Yorkshire.

 

August 2009

Ash performed at various venues during the Edinburgh Fringe, and worked on new stuff!

 

July 2009

Ash won the BBC Radio 4 Slam (Midlands heat) in Birmingham, performed at the Wickerman Festival in Dumfrieshire and ran poetry workshops in Essex, Buckinghamshire and a number of schools in Hertfordshire.

 

June 2009

Ash ran poetry workshops in Nottinghamshire and Cheshire and worked on his debut anthology, "Be'spoken".

 

May 2009

Ash appeared at the Aberdeen Wordfringe, featured at Voxbox in Edinburgh and Forked in Plymouth with Apples and Snakes, performed at Cafe Frug in Penzance and ran poetry workshops in Cambridgeshire and Cornwall.

 

April 2009

Ash performed at The Camden Crawl as part of Apples and Snakes, featured at Express Excess (London) and The Art Cafe (Mansfield), had a co-show in Bristol with T G Carter and ran poetry workshops in Somerset.

Ash headlined Take The Stage in York, performed in Leeds and ran poetry workshops in Somerset, Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire
